Snoring a problem??  I LOVE this air filter system (I have 4 of them)!  Even my mother in-law loves it and she hates EVERYTHING I've ever given her. My husband snores/roars to the point where he needs to wear a mouth piece (still wears it if he drinks scotch). The sound lulls me to sleep and the breeze feels like heaven (night sweats blow!) This company is women owned and she's a former USA Veteran.

Sheex Sheets are great to help with night sweats.  The night sweats were so bad and I was hot that I'd turn the air conditioning down so low that my husband called it "camping". He would wear a hoodie and sweats to bed and I would be half naked (still sweating). I love these sheets and so do my dogs (they won't get out of bed). They are super soft and so far they have lasted for months. The women founders are former basketball coaches at the University of South Carolina. Kinda' cool!

Let's face it, the older we get the more issues we have!

Mine is Acid Reflux. To combat this (fun issue) I put a pinch of baking soda in my coffee (everyday), orange juice & even spaghetti to help neutralize the acid to avoid stomach upset. Totally works. 
It's just pinch...NOT a spoon full!

My hair started falling out when I started going through menopause. I even lost most of my eyebrows yet strange hairs pop up everywhere BUT on my head...seriously...WTF! My hair has started growing back slowly and stopped falling out! These pills are totally worth the money.  I've started my husband on them as well and now he has hair...even more then me...not fair at all!

Love this brush!  It's called Pro Thermal Anti-Static Brush. I have a drawer full of brushes that I hate but this one is my everything! It feels really good on the scalp, not too soft and not hard, curls, fluffs and tames frizz. Love it! I got the T53 size but the have all different sizes.

I hate flossing...I know I know...bad girl! My solution are these dental picks. They feel sooooo good and get the yuck out from between your teeth.  So strange how I used to make fun of my Grandpa for always having a tooth pick in his mouth and now I have turned out just like him.

I walked by a mirror one night before bed and saw for the first time how bad I looked to go to bed. Old tee (super soft but has tiny holes everywhere) and old boxers. I thought it's time to sleep like a grown a*s woman.

Up Cocktail!
On a girls trip with my BFF's the waitress asked if we had tried the New watermelon Red Bull...we did...we loved! Stayed up all night laughing and drinking this concoction.
 
How to make RED Watermelon (think Jolly Rancher watermelon) :
One part Vodka (or more)
Three parts soda water
A splash of the RED
(this is a no joke energy drink so if you want to stay up then put more in your cocktail)
 LOTS of ice!
So Delish...ENJOY!
